My goal as a trainer is to help my clients fall in love with taking care of themselves and prioritizing
their health by building the habits that will help them stay in shape in the years to come. I want
you to feel gratitude for getting to move and push your body to the limit. Because how amazing is
that?!
The three most important steps to getting and staying in shape and living a healthy life are:
1. Moving your body consistently.
2. Nourishing your body with nutrient-rich foods.
3. Giving your body the adequate rest, it needs.
The program is designed to be done over the course of twelve weeks, with four to five hour-long
sessions per week at the gym. I hope the next twelve weeks leave you feeling stronger and more
confident.
