Throughout my life, fitness has been the one outlet that connected me back to myself, my body and my mind. I embarked on my fitness journey as a personal trainer in 2014 to help others reach their goals. I was NASM certified in 2015 and trained clients across the US since then. Throughout my childhood and early adulthood, I trained in gymnastics, ballet, and track and field — experiences that gave me a well-rounded view of athleticism and the importance of perfect form, discipline, and endurance.
I am excited to share my knowledge in an easily accessible, fool-proof method that I have personally tested and perfected. My meticulous attention to form and mobility results in an efficient, no-energy wasted workout. Every move that you do has a specific role and function backed by years of athletic experience. Fitness is about embodying the best version of yourself and my love for coaching comes from my belief that anyone can embrace fitness as a lifestyle.
My goal as a trainer is to help my clients fall in love with taking care of themselves and prioritizing their health by building the habits that will help them stay in shape in the years to come.
